At present, due to the control of funds and scale, e-commerce cannot adopt production-oriented sorting systems, and there is no suitable end sorting equipment for small parcel production lines in the market. Traditional sorting methods mainly rely on human guidance, with human eyes distinguishing the destination of parcels, which is inefficient. Moreover, the destination of parcels needs to be thrown by people, which requires a large amount of manual labor and leads to the phenomenon of parcels flying around the production site, which is very chaotic.


The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multi-directional disc sorting device that realizes the distribution of package destinations, reduces costs and saves labor for customers, and provides an orderly working environment for the entire workspace in terms of time and space. It also solves the fatigue errors caused by long-term manual sorting and greatly improves accuracy.


To achieve the above objectives, our company has adopted the following technical solution: a multi-directional disc sorting device, comprising an information acquisition device, a disc sorting table, a sorting execution device, and an industrial computer. The information acquisition device is located on the side of the disc sorting table, and the sorting execution device is fixed on the disc sorting table. The industrial computer communicates bidirectionally with the information acquisition device and the sorting execution device respectively; The information acquisition device consists of a conveyor unit, a weight acquisition device, a volume acquisition device, and a barcode collection device. The disc sorting table consists of a turntable, a control motor, and a motor bracket. The sorting execution device consists of multiple sorting execution mechanisms, which are evenly distributed on the turntable and fixed by screws. Each sorting execution mechanism is composed of an automatic sorting control module, a controller, a sorting machine, and a photoelectric sensor for collecting the position signal of the sorting machine.
